Bonn. Warm. Autumn leaves drifting in the streets and over the cars but warm, so wonderfully warm. Check out the raspberries! We ate these as we wandered the streets and watched the Beethovens be positioned for the day.
Why so many Beethovens? Well Beethoven was born in Bonn and many copies of this statue have been decorated by different artists, are wheeled out and displayed each day. It was interesting just to watch people passing by who were very curious. The raspberries didn’t last long so we had this on the banks of the Rhine.
